The more things change -- the more they stay the same. What? So imagine my surprise when I went over to sniff around The Julliard School of Music and everything was under construction. Crazy. But that’s what’s so cool about NYC. Never a dull moment. There is always something going on.
"If I had a hammer . . . "
It takes a village, people.
Funny, Meterologist Ron and I did our weather report overlooking Lincoln Center getting a make over. Who knew when I got home, I was gonna get a makeover too!
Ya gotta be kidding.
It's bath time! Argh-h-h-h-h!
I don't remember rain in the forecast!
So this is what they mean by throwing in the towel.
Chillin . . .
"Cute" is hard work.
NYC is really different, but it’s really the same -- if that makes any sense. And like the Lincoln Center and the Julliard School, every once in a while it feels good to have a little make over done for ourselves.
My groomer, Julia checks out her work/my do.
If you don’t live in NYC, it’s gotta be hard to understand how we live in such small spaces compared to living on farms or in big houses with big yards. My apartment and my kitchen may be small, but think about this -- I have less time to clean and more time to play. My backyard is Central Park. No mowing lawns for me. That said -- I certainly wouldn’t mind an extra bedroom for an overnight guest or a puppy pajama party. And one more closet for my clothes- that would make my fashion lovin’ tail wag.
My NYC sized kitchen is also my salon. Houdini would be proud. Hou?
Canines and humans who live in New York give up space for excitment and convenience. That would probably drive anyone living in Kentucky or anywhere else USA crazy. But just like with us dogs, I say viva’ la difference.
Speaking of small, I think Weatherman Ron’s coffee shop is all of 10 ft. But hey, they make a great cup of coffee. Who says size matters. Arf-Arf!
Jumpin' Java - that's one small coffee shop.
Muhammad's coffee shop is so small . . . he has to sell a bagel to turn around.
Small is the new big. You’ve gotta visit NYC!
Arf-Arf,
Schmitty The Real New Yorkie
PS. I owe my soft, great smelling, healthy coat to GoochiPoochi organic canine shampoo. It’s the best!
