New York City is so exciting. It’s the city that never sleeps. But like most dogs , I need lots of naps. Especially living here. So much to see, so much to do, so much to sniff. Today I went to the Regis & Kelly Show and look who I got a big hug from.
Hey Betty White - I'll give you two hours to stop this! Arf-Arf!
Who doesn’t love Betty White? She’s beautiful and she’s 88 years young. Wait a minute -- that’s got to be in dog years! Arf-Arf! Not only is Ms White one of my fav actors, but she is a big pet lover and advocate too. And get this - Ms Betty will be the host of SNL this Saturday right here in NYC. How cool is that? You know I’ll be watching. I think Betty White barks/rocks!
Another famous human I got to shake paws with today was DiNozzo from NCIS.
A beautiful gal and cuddly pup - DiNozzo would be so jealous!
OK, OK, I know Anthony DiNozzo, the detective who loves women and movies on NCIS is a real human named Michael Weatherly. He’s one handsome dude and his wife, Bojana is very pretty too. Together they are one very nice couple. I sniffed around and found out Mr. W. was born in New York City. It must be fun to come home to NYC from Hollywood to visit.
And how bizarro that Michael’s last name is Weatherly. A perfect segue (segue?) to my Schmitty The Weather Dog Weather Reports. Weatherly . . . Weather Report . . . get it? Arf-Arf! My 2 legged partner, Meteorologist Ron Trotta and I have just added a spanking brand new weather page on my www.GottaVisitNYC.com website. Just go to the top of this page and click on the “Weather” tab.
Starting tomorrow (Tuesday) morning you will be able to get the latest Schmitty The Weather Dog and Meteorologist Ron Trotta Weather Report along with weather updates from around the country. We’ll even give you a daily “what to wear” tip for when you are playing in NYC. Oh yeah, you’ll even be able to put in a zip code and find out what the weather is anywhere in the country. I’m so excited I could just pee. But I won’t.
OK, now I have to take a nap. How else will I ever be able to keep up in the city that never sleeps. Arf-Arf!
You’ve gotta visit NYC.
Arf-Arf,
Schmitty
PS. If you haven’t already seen our “Hats off to the Kentucky Derby” Weather Report - click below and hold on to your hat! It’s a howl, especially just to see Bill The Hat guy bugging Meteorologist Ron with, what else, hats!
